I just finish the project on my tl from non navi to navi, it came out great and im loving it. soon post up some pics.

 

How expensive was it, and was it hard.

 

no it wasnt that hard cuz i had my friend help me and had all the instructions... it cost me $1,100...

 

nice, what all did you replace.....(trim/dash?) I'm in for pics.

did you wire up the reverse camera?

 

good job bro. It's a good feeling when you're done and you know you did it yourself! Just did mine this past July. Wasn't really hard, but wasn't a walk in the park either.

It is a gratifying job when it's all done. If you've got the harness, it's a piece of cake. I didn't and spent most of my time trying to find unassembled connectors and pins. I think they are more available now but back in 08 when I did mine, they weren't so I ended up cutting and splicing.

There are tons of pics out there on what it takes. The amount of interior tear out is not for the faint of heart.

 

My swap from Martin should be here in a few days. Can't wait to get it in. Backup camera and all!
