Wow:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=SMwfM83XGF0

This is quite possibly the most impressive driving I've seen .... period. This beats the movies by a long shot.

That's a shame. One day one of those assholes will crash his $80,000 car and possibly hurt or kill someone else. It's only a matter of time.

Impressive my ass. That's just down right stupid.
The really impressive part is the other drivers on the road didn't immediately switch lanes as they saw 2 morons barreling down behind them. Dumbasses.

Want to be impressive? Go do that on an empty backroad where the only thing you have to worry about killing is yourself and some deer.

yes i agree, it's just stupid that people do that... they not only endanger themselves but also innocent people driving peacefully on the road. if they want to die, then let them do it without harming the public damn it.

Yeah when you're driving like that you don't even look at your side mirrors and if you misread a hole to merge in, you're screwed. Problem is when people see others doing that they panic and try to avoid them and end up getting into an accident. The best thing to do when you see people racing in traffic is to maintain speed and stay in your lane, otherwise it'll be bad news for everyone.

I think it's crazy, but it definitely gives you a little rush. Problem is people want to get that little high, so it's either something dangerous or drugs.

Ok arrest me, I am guilty of highway racing... just ask aSPECtL06... he tried to tail me but couldn't keep up... Lastly the idea is to cut cut cut, if you stop cuttin that is when people panic... you follow a rythm and drive anticipating 5-10 cars ahead of where you are... thus you end up with a rythm of brake cut stomp gas cut off gas cut stomp clutch shift up cut brake cut downshift cut stomp gas cut... really not as bad as it looks the guy in the audi was leaving plenty of breathing room but the beamer was just flat out near side swipping...

ps. mid day traffic ok.. rush hour, no no (even though I do it evil grin)

This is not skilled driving. You have 2 pricks in high performance cars which make their drivers look good. Lets see them do that on the track and post some fast times, then I'll agree that its good driving.

Are you serious? That's some impressive driving to me .. anybody who can weeve in and out of traffic like that without getting killed going those kinds of speeds have SOME sort of skill. A person with no skills probably would have lost it and wrecked ..

That shows no skill whatsoever. The biggest idiot is usually the winner assuming he doesn't wreck. I've been racing since I was 17 and it's a disgrace to call that racing.

^I agree, though I don't race. That is not skilled driving, almost anyone can find holes and cut ppl off. That is called being a retard and endangering innocent ppl. I "occasionally" like to race ppl in a straight line side by side on an empty highway and I like to feel out the backroads around where i live when there isn't traffic. However, that shit they're doing is just stupid. It's a shame when someone innocent has to die or get injured over someone else's pissing contest.

OK keep watching Star Wars...use the Force...

Yeah anyway, that's an old video, I hope those 2 idiots ended up dead in a ditch together without any collateral damage.

I see this kind of shit much too often locally.

No, it takes a bigger moron to push the envelope in traffic. You take people like that who think they know how to drive, put them on a track and watch them get lapped. It's just like the badass "street fighters" who used to come in to train and thought they were the best and realized quickly when they got tapped out by a highschooler they weren't the best.

I'm not saying it isn't dangerous, because quite obviously it is. All I am saying is that there is a certain amount of driving ability involved in order to pull off some of those maneuvers.

I will just stay quiete since alot of you guys are like oh thats dangerous this and that... if it is 8am and you have to be at work at 815... you overslept but are well rested... the usual drive takes you 25mins... so to shave off the 10mins you go twice as fast...
lets not even say age is a matter in the argument because a dude in his late 40s had a type s and we went at it, he got smoked cuz he didn't have the balls to do a curve full speed (doesn't trust car/skill) but regardless its all testasterone, after all

Don't make other people pay because you overslept. I've got no problem street racing when there's no traffic around. The moment I see cars is when I let off and usually I make my point by the speed limit and let off anyway. I don't even consider racing anyone that looks younger than me because they do dumb things like weave in and out of traffic and if they get in a wreck, even though I let off 10 seconds before them, I still get put in jail.

Yeah I feel the same way, if it's open and it seems no one else will be in immediate danger, sure, otherwise, no I'm sorry.

And I don't understand why people keep going even after I clearly let off, the race is over buddy, you can slow down now, maybe we can give it another run.

That's why I always tap the brakes even if I'm only going the speed limit. I've had too many stock Civics go flying past me 30 seconds after I let off and turn their hazards on. It's like they think they picked up an extra 400hp somehow and flew past me.

I was waiting for the part when the car rolled and all you saw was static...I would say to a very small degree that is skill, but mostly it is having the balls to do something stupid. Like other people, I can't say that I've never raced, but never in traffic like that. If I kill myself, that's my fault...if I wreck and take people out with me, they die and I don't...that's not good.
