Was that you on CNN?

The first video on CNN.com right now is "vehicles lose control on ice." At the very beginning there is a Carbon Bronze type s that looks like he curbed his rims pretty bad but hay it could have been worse. Maybe someone can figure out how to post the video.

When I posted the video I though it had aftermarket rims on. However watching it again it looks like it was just snow stuck in the spokes.

Car has aftermarket tirerack winter set up with the following wheels.




Even though the owner has the right idea with having a winter tire/wheel set up but its not going to anything against a steep hill covered with ice, not unless the tires are studded or chained.

yeah...my conti extremecontact dws was tough on a hill with ice...but still worked better than pretty much any other car behind me.

i dont think i'll be tryin to get down hills anytime soon tho.
