WTF?! Soft paint on door handles?
I dunno if this has been addressed... but today at lunch, I went to open my door and my hand slipped a little. Two of my fingernails nicked the door handle and the paint scratched. What are these handles made out of? They are super-soft and scratch like cake icing.

You should edit your thred title to say "WTF soft paint on entire vehicle?" I know this is a serious problem, I have done the same thing. Have also scratched the hood with my fingernails while washing it...my clear coat on my car has actually seemed to start to bubble. I have NBP and it has these little white spots that look like someone poked it with a needle. ALL OVER THE CAR. Now I must talk to the Service Manger and the DIstrict manger to try and get my car painted. It is ridiculous. Our skin almost takes more to sratches than this car.

I noticed when looking at the scratches that the door handles are particularly soft... not really the same material -- almost like a rubbery plastic?
