Will my setup rub??? PLEASE HELP

I have an 04 TL auto. I am running the A-Spec 18x8.5 inch rims with 265 35 R18 tires. So far I have no rubbing issues. I am now wanting to lower my car 1 inch using comptech springs. Will my car have rubbing issues? Please help guys.

Yup 265's all around. No rubbing issues so far. I must say that the fat rubber makes the car look more muscular from the back and the grip is amazing. I found that 265 35 18's keep the exact same rolling diameter as the stock 235 45 17's.

I wanna lower my car 1 inch but I'm still unsure if I will clear without rubbing though. Anyone wanna chime in?

With that contact patch and them being S0-3's, the grip should be great. That is some serious rubber. Are you tracking the car?

As far as rubbing, I'd have to say yes, but that's just a guess. Sorry.
You would have been better off installing the springs first, then test fitting the tires.

Good luck.

No, I'm not tracking this car I just love the wide tire look and wanted the exact same rolling diameter without going too small on the side wall. I can say this much 265's are the widest the 04 tl's can handle as my tire is only a 1/2 inch away from the shock supports. IMHO all 04 TL's should be running 265's

Sorry no pics tonight. What psi should I run with my set up? 39 front and 36 rear? According to acura this is what they say to use on the 18" A-Spec rims if your running 235 40 tires, but what about in my case would it be the same since im running 265 35?

isnt the A-spec lower anyways? wide tires must be hurting your gas mileage big time
