I live in the SG Valley in LA. Anyone know of some good roads on which to take the TL?

I used to live in Northern VA. All you had to do was make a right turn and you were out on winding country roads. I sure miss that.

How about Pacific Coast Hwy? Or Mullholland Drive?

All good roads of which I'm aware. All too far to scratch that itch at a moments notice, though. I'm looking for roads close to the Pasadena area.

Use mappoint and look for curvy highways that way.

Your best place will be around the Lacy Park area in San Marino. It has a few hills with winding roads and is much less congested than Pasadena itself. There really isn't a place anywhere that will give you that 'open road' feeling, just too many people. I live near South Lake Ave. so if you see an Anthracite give a holler.

The area up above the Rose Bowl is also nice. When I test drove an Audi he took us up there.

14 to Palmdale, cross over on 138 and back down 5. The wildflowers (poppy) should be blooming soon so should be magnificient drive in a few weeks.
