Where did you pick up your tl?

Thinking about getting a 2004+ TL, switching over from a bugeye WRX and dont know how im going to like the FWD, but besides that the cars are sick, my dad has a Type S, and had a 2004 tl before that and I have to say Acura knows how to design interior and exterior. But besides all that where did you find the TL you bought? Ive been searching around google and ofcourse autotrader/ craigslist etc, but would like to know if there is a better place to look for a better deal. All help is appreciated,

thanks

Look around to get an idea, but once you settle on a price, go to the dealer and don't buy it until you get the price within your range (KBB is a good start) including everything out the door of course. That way you can have the 1 year extended warranty for a certify pre-own over buying from someone outside.

Continue the search on craigslist. You'll be surprise by what deals you may find. I certainly found mine on craigslist. Make sure to do a carfax search before buying.

Lol I was thinking about it since it would only be like 19k fully loaded with some nice wheels, but his car was stolen the last year he owned it by some cool gangsters and when it was recovered there was some nice bullet holes in it

Maybe it's only my experiences, but it seems to me that Acura dealers don't usually play the games that down-market brands do. I bought an '05 over the internet for invoice in 5/05, and it was at that time a RARE 6MT/nav. I drove the 2 hours down there and picked it up with no games and no hassle.

I later bought an '07 locally, for which I was given more than KBB value for the '05, and immedaitely Acura's "come on" lease rate at the time with no games. I appreciated the fact that they didn't even try to f..k with me and I bought the car on the spot, even though I had no real intention of doing so.

Used cars might be a different ball game for them, but I'd highly recommend buying from an Acura dealer. I'm not sure what your precise requriements are, but really look at leasing a new '08. It seems like a great deal, and they WON'T jerk you around, IMO.
