Where to buy stock trunk mat?

Does anybody know a part number or have s link for the stock carpet trunk mat that folds? Mine got wet while cleaning and the wood expanded and broke the carpet and I can’t find it anywhere.

Depending on what year, it would be called the Spare Tire Lid, which is 84521-SEP-A00ZA for an '05.
