Reversing in my garage at like 4am and once the front wheels got over the bump zoning out and backing into the metal shelves i have in the back of the garage (meanwhile i have a backup camera which is the worst part).

Good thing it was cheap shelves the previous owner left behind and it dented that in and only marked a little on the car which I think I can get out.

Attempted to quick-upshift 3-4 at WOT, accidentally did 3-2 with a nice grinding sound, nose dive, and rev limiter peg.

What have I done dumb since I last posted in here nearly a year back...

I haven't run into anything.
I haven't come close to any accidents.
I haven't spilled anything.
I haven't let any women drive my car.

Probably speed still. Long distance highway driving really tests my patience. 85 is so much more comfortable than 70.

Keep em coming guys!

Two days after getting the car delivered to me, I scratched my front fender and front passenger door at a tiny gas station.
DWI
Curbed rashed the rims even more than they were when i bought the car in FL. (they don't parellel park).
Scraped up the car removing ice, (my 1st winter).
PARKING ON NEW YORK CITY STREETS!!!!!!! FML!.
Getting booted, and towed from my job didn't get relieved in time.
not much else.

very hilarious comments above.

I was putting dynamat in the trunk...took off the entire license/reverse
light frame, as I'm putting it back I tighten the screw too hard and end up
breaking the screw completely. The screw was molded onto the frame so now
I have to replace the entire frame...

Curbed my right rear rim on a concrete base at the gas station because I didn't know there was a top lip on the concrete that extended ~3" out from the base. Hear a loud grinding noise right as I come to a stop, MF!

Second one sucks worse because it never fails, try to do something nice and wind up screwed. I was helping my roommate and his wife move out of our house and into their new house in June 2010 just 3 mos. after I got my Type-S and I'm wearing my Adidas workout shorts with pockets. Got my blackberry in one pocket, car key in the other. Get to their new house in the rain storm and start moving stuff quickly and about an hour later hit my pockets just to check. Fuck, still have my phone which I would have much rather lost, while the key is gone. Searching the entire house since the key never made a sound when it fell out and the yard was overgrown grass. Had to get a ride back to my house and get my second key, thank god I had one. Why? Because I had just traded in my MDX after 2 years of dealing with having only one key. I was so happy to have 2 keys again, fml.

Third, teaching HS drumline at a marching band competition I had a student get sick on the way to the gate as the kids are about to perform . I had to quickly sprint my gear back to my MDX, drop it off and get back to the sick kid to carry her Bass Drum onto the field and hope she would feel well enough to march. As I was sprinting to put the gear in my car in 2 different doors I put my ring finger through the key ring to hang onto it. The last thing I did was drag my hand out of the driver's door as I was dropping a bag into the other side.

I didn't realize at the time I had lost the key off my finger, never felt it and was sprinting back to the gate. (BTW, I always hit the door lock out of habit on the door, this time it was a bad thing) So I get through the competition and judges critique meetings after the show, and myself and the director are the last two people to leave the school. I start walking towards my MDX and hit my pocket to do a key check, no no no, there is no f-ing way I just lost the ONLY key to my MDX.

I walk over to my MDX and there the sob is taunting me, on the driver's seat near the console in the groove of the seat. I had luckily left the window 3/4" open because I thought, hey sunny nice day and don't want to step into a sauna after the show. I didn't leave the moonroof open because it wound up raining. I went into the woods next to the school to find a twig that could reach my key. After a half-hour dicking around with holding the very end of the longest twig I could find with the tips of my index fingers, I managed to successfully push the unlock button on the key fob to open the door. Success!

That's what pisses me off so much about once again having an Acura with only one key after suffering for 2 years with my MDX while being too cheap to get a second key.

Backed into a cement pole at 5mph...crushed my bumper and tail light back in 2008. Also driving at 148mph was pretty stupid as well.

aww man i've done a lot of stupid shit but im only going to mention the ones with my TL

1) I've done a 360 degrees with the e-brake while raining at 30mph-40mph.
2) Let 1 girl smoke a cig in my car.
3) I cracked my bumper by trying to do an U-turn on a small street on to a driveway. I didn't know the damm driveway had a freaking metal pole blocking the entrance, lol paid $350 to get my bumper re-done.
4) cursed someone out while i was parking, found my front wheel passenger side stabbed. Never found the fuker after that day.
5) Going over 110mph on long distance trips. I love the speed plus i got a radar, what can i do?! lol
6) Installed my CAI late at night when temperature was 30 degrees and below. Me and my cousin had to use our phone's lightings to finish the job on the street lmao and i don't even want to mention all the screws that are missing from my bumper.

1) Backing into a cement block that was too low for me to see through the mirrors.
2) Getting my bumper fix and repainted at Maaco's Collision. They did a TERRIBLE job and left some damages in the interior.
3) Getting pulled over for doing 60 in a 40mph zone on my Prom day.
4) When installing my CAI, I didn't clamp my coolant pipes together very well...went for a test drive and came home to realize there was coolant all over my engine bay.
5) Rolling over a stop sign and getting pulled over. Luckily to cop let me slide and just game a fix it ticket for my front tinted windows.
6) Putting on new wheels, but forgetting to pump in enough air before.
7) Thinking I can beat a G35.
