What work to do on my 05 6mt with 175k
I use my car primarily for long commutes between 3 offices that I manage in Central PA. My shortest daily commute is 35 miles each way and my longest is 165 miles. Most of the 175K I have on my car is highway miles. I am going to replace the front axles in a couple of weeks and am considering replacing a few bulbs/switches that have burned out over the past 8 years. Other than that what would you suggest that I have done to the car? I don't need to do the timing belt/water pump replacement for another 25-30k.

Your gonna have to give us a little more detail on what the service history is like.

Yeah, PS and brake fluid often go overlooked. They don't need to be changed often but if it's been more than 100K (or never), you'll want to get to that. PS fluid is pretty easy to do. Brake fluid isn't too bad either but you may need someone to press down on the pedal while you collect the fluid (and don't get any on your paint). Some bleed their brakes with every change. Myself included since I don't go through brakes very quickly.
You might want to flush the coolant as well if it hasn't been done recently. How do your valves sound? Every had them adjusted? As long as their not excessively noisy they're probably fine.

Thanks for the responses. I am not sure if I had the brake fluid or the power steering fluid changed but I do the manual tranny fluid every 30k with synchromesh. I go through a new set of tires every year like clockwork. As far as the axles, I get vibration on acceleration from about 57mph up through 75mph. When I got my new tires at first I thought it was a balance issue but after balancing twice and no abatement of the problem my mechanic diagnosed the axles as the problem. I just changed the brembo pads a few months ago.

60-65mph is the sweet spot for road force variance to cause vibration. Did you get your wheel & tire package road-force balanced on a Hunter machine?
Also, what do your compliance bushings look like? Have they every been replaced?
