I did the search thing and got 236 results with "oil". Got about halfway through and opened the link about oil topics, not knowing it was in pdf format, which deletes everything when I close the pdf file and I didn't want to start over, so:
What weight oil can I safely use. I know the manual calls for 5-20, but I live in northern Florida where it never gets really cold, and doesn't get all that hot either.
I have used 10W30 for so long I think I bought my first case from a dinosaur.
Bottom line: Should I stay with the 5-20 in the manual, or what are your opinions on alternate grades.
Still enjoying the car. My VIN is 206XX, and so far only the tires and vibration problems.

Actually the oil should be 0W-20.
THe manual states that if you should use 5W20, you should change it to the 0-20 as soon as possible.
Mobil 1 has a 0W-20 now.
Flows like water.
