What is the part number for this piece? pic included

Hello, I need to replace my right hook for my rear bumper. It does not hold correctly anymore, most likely due to the fact that I've been rear ended 3 times...

That's awesome, however, for my part, it only shows 1 part, it should be 2.. one for left one for right, image is too low res but i'll give it a shot.
