I totalally agree with you. I've bought some tien lowering springs (not installed yet) and will be buying the a-spec sides and rear this month but I really like my rims.

At the moment there isn't any 3M tape on the sides nor is the lip painted so there are some gaps but those will go away.

If you paintmatched the grill and made that silver mesh flat black, it would look 100x better. Of course slapping an aggressive front lip on an otherwise stock TL looks like shit. That's not really surprising. Those LED fogs have to go, though.

that's exactly what I was thinking too. That's why I asked the aztec to send me pics. And in those pictures the kit is not painted either. A-spec sides, a-spec rear, and a drop and it will look good.

however I don't know if the light color cars can pull it off. It seems to me it would only look good on black. Accord fogs would look very nice with that too

What I meant was how the lip curves in at the very ends... and isn't straight or flare out.. It's like... 'inverted' if you know what I mean.
It definitely isn't that bad.. So far everyone who has this lip does not have the sides or rear to complete.
I hope you'll be the first soon

I installed the A-spec side skirts and rear today. Next Saturday I'll be installing the lowering springs but as it stands right now I don't like how the front lip is. It doesn't match the rest. If lowering the car doesn't change my mind, I'm gonna have to with RonJon's front. Well see....

i kinda wanna see that lip with the HID fogs. its starting to grow on me, especially if you have the side skirts from the aspec to make it flow a bit more.

Can't say I'm a big fan of this lip. Sure, aspec lips are commonplace on this forum, but I have yet to see one in person on the road here in MD, on a TL or a TL-S for that matter. However, it makes me wonder if maybe you don't have to chop up your stock bumper to install it?

It kills the nice lines of the TL imo.... eventhough I think too many ppl have the A-Spec kits out there, aspec looks 100 times better compared to this lip, aspec complements the lines of the TL better, oh well, to each of his/her own... Respect those who made the effort to be different.
