What do you guys think of this deal? (2005 TL /w NAV)

Long time lurker, first time poster. I have emailed a couple of dealers for price quotes in southern califorinia and one dealer has only emailed me back. I got this offer, what do you guys think about it?

We have a slightly used (less than 300 miles) 2005 TL with navigation. The car is Abyss Blue Pearl with camel leather interior. The price is $32,990 plus tax, license, dmv and CA tire recycling fee. Everything else is included in this price.

Got a deposit for the same color, ABP but quartz...
anyways you should be able to get that price for an 05 TL/Navi with 0 miles or at least less than 10 miles.

by the way what is the CA tire recycling fee?? and damn how much is that?
