I think it's priced a little high. I bought my 06 with 88k miles for $15,100.

Nav - Good
Mileage/Price Ratio - Fair. I paid $16K for 65K miles. $15.5K for 83K miles seems a bit high but mine wasn't nav.
Auto - Preference. Deal killer for me. Had to be 6MT. But again, preference.
Black on Black - Good and bad. Bitch to keep clean but looks pimp (when it's clean).
Wear and Tear - Looks normal for the mileage
Overall - Fair/Good deal.
Nothing spectacular personally but if you were looking for a black on black TL with nav and an auto for $15-16K then it's a great find

Wow, what a coincidence. I just bought a black 06 TL last week from a used car dealer within spitting distance of B'more (off I-695 in Bel Air).
That's not a bad price...well not compared to cpm06wdptl's steal. I paid $14,999 for mine with:
- 78K miles
- 1 owner (who drove like a grandma judging from its excellent condition)
- clean carfax
- no nav (a total non-issue for me since Maps on my Android phone trumps pretty much any 5+ year old in car nav)
The price was originally $15,595 but they dropped and matched it when I showed them the cars.com print-out of the first car I test drove, which by another huge coincidence was identical in every way (black ext, tan int, 06, auto, no nav) except history. That car was 2 owner and had been crashed by the first owner (a New Yorker) twice in the same year (!) according to the carfax. Plus, the VSA light came on and failed during the test drive, which was a huge cause for concern. Of course I didn't tell the second dealer this when they matched the price for me.
As for the car you're looking at it looks pretty nice. Black on black looks a little to dour. I really wanted black/blue over gray, but couldn't find any. The nav system is a plus if you don't already have a portable gps/smartphone. You can try my strategy to get the price cut by ~$500. Here's the cars.com page for the car I got price matched:

Another black/06/auto car for $15K, but this one has 92K miles on it though:

btw it's good to see so many Marylanders on this site. Very big representation for such a small state.
