Go with the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires if you can negotiate for them, even if you pay some out-of-pocket.
Even if they will only replace with new EL-42's, you can always drive straight to a tire shop and trade them off with 5-10 miles on them. I'd spend the time to do your trade-in research before-hand.
