thats easy! cant carry a snowboard except on a rack! that sucks. need a fold down seat or larger pass thru. and the pathetic turning radius. all other shortcomings can be modified, but these two are not

things i hate, that i didn't notice during the test drive:
-diff noise
-drifting in lanes with throttle changes using CC
-lack of steering weight & feel
-lack of clutch pedal weight
-clutch chatter (coming from a 650 ft lbs rated single disc, WTF is this shit??)
-the HORRIBLE cable shifter feel
-the stupid fucking ecu
-the fact that i can literally count "one one-thousand" between each gear change
-the fact that the ecu fucks with the "rev-down" depending on rpm
-the stupid rear deck rattles
-the road noise
-the fact you can only turn on the climate control with the "auto" button
-the seats
-the lack of fan speed in the HVAC. the back seat area gets zero circulation while the front gets barely a draft. i'm sick of fucking with it.
-the in headlight fog lights. they look like brights to everyone else, and i'm going to crash into the next person to turn (and leave on) their brights while i have my foglights on
-fwd
-no torque
-sohc

Keep Right Except to Pass
There isn't much about the TL that bugs me except for the glove compartment and the trunk both being poorly-shaped. I suppose I'd like it if the rearview mirror were powered and linked to the driver memory settings like the sideviews are, but since the only other person who's ever driven my TL more than a minimal distance (not counting the mechanics) was my brother shortly after I got the car, and since he hasn't driven it since 2004, it's not that big an issue for me.

I hate the fact that the Type S is a SOHC and FWD. Usually all Honda's Type S vehicles come with DOHC. I can handle the rest like the doors being heavy as shit. I also come from a family with Old american cars where the doors are 20 tons each and you have to slam them just to close them i.e. 1988 Chevy Monte Carlo. The Turning radius is a Pain in the ass but since I barely make any u-turns or more like 3 point turns on a 5 lane road i'm good. Hate the damn Tape Deck in a 2003+ Car that is just sloppy. I also hate the fact that you have to remove the dam bumpers just to change a damn bulb on the car. Makes no sense and just more expensive on people who aren't DIY. We own a Family Mechanic shop and when my step dad seen me removing the front bumper just to change my D2S Bulbs he was like "If anyone comes here to change their bulbs I will have to charge them an arm and a leg just for labor". I also hate that when you install the bumper back it never aligns right :/ Not Cool but besides that I think I can out weight more goods with bads and thank GOD i don't have any rattlings yet (Knock ON WOOD) cause that shit would drive me CRAZY

My understanding is that many older people (40+) like to listen to "books on tape" so that is why many luxury cars still had cassette players up until now. Even Lexus's had tape players until recently.

No fold down seats, fob can't roll windows up, turning radius blows, average visibility causes curbed wheels, DVD Navi upgrades each year are $150 a pop, the use of moleskin to keep window tint from scratching, and finally I hate that I love this car so much

The transmission lag, turning radius, and the bruises up and down my shin as a result of the door closing back on me every time I get out of the car. The vertical door lock stems and lack of a three-blink passing signal, are annoying, but tolerable. Other than that...LOVE my TL!

if u shut the door with the window rolled down, the door sounds like it's going to fall apart. maybe it's just my car...not sure, but in any event...it drives me crazy.
couple other things would be the aforementioned rattles & turning radius. i also HATE that my 05 TL has a cassette player...it's pathetic.
