Well got there and opened the hood and turned the fans on and let it sit for about 30 min..get the intake man. cool..it was about 78 degrees with about 75% humidity...tire pressure stock 32psi
first run...60'=2.135...1/8th et= 9.221 @ 76.25 mph
Second Run...60'=2.203..1/8th et=9.231 @ 77.25 mph
This was lauchin bout 2500-2750 rpms with vsa off of course...spun for about a foot or 2 and went..2nd spun some...no weight reduction..had 4 textbooks, 2 binders, a folding chair, a case of water, and spare tire + all tools...no bad for intake alone...

installing the Comptech short shifter and the P2R spacer tonight..Skunk 2 shift knob should be in 2morw..i will have 1/4 times soon..the cooler outside the better..with that 60'..it should run between a 14.0-14.3

Yeah, that's equivalent to mid/low 14's... are you running on stock type-s michelins? Or do you have the summer tires?

if he's only done the intake I think it is a safe bet to assume stock tires... with some toyo proxes or yoko advans he will be 9.1 at the 1/8

ive got goodyear eagle F1's..i took those crappy all seasons off..im sure if i lower the pressure to about 25 psi i could run a lil better time but this was just recreational and i didnt want the hassel of filling them back up...just put the space on tonight..i like the results..short shifter probalby on friday along with the rear lip
