want new TL, price what do you think

Got a quote today to lease a new TL with NAVI AND 18"wheels, this is important, here are the numbers what do you guys think:

42 month lease:

$2,000 down which includes:
first payment, $510
security
dmv
cap reduction of $720

Monthly payment of $510 for 42 months

This is a TL anthracite, automatic, ebony interior with NAVI AND 18" wheels.

Is this a good deal, what do you guys think?
FYI I am in NYC. Your opinion could mean weather I get the car or not, PLEASE ADVISE

May I know who's your dealer? Thanx.

I thought the lease price will be a slightly higher than the webiste has 'cause they have to add up additional fee and your selective options...?

That's more than the acura website gives when you use their lease calculator. The most you should pay is what they list, but realistically a dealer should be even less since most are starting to discount off of sticker now.

Well I think you should get the car since it is the best value for your money. The price seems a little high, but that is what negotiating and shopping around with different dealers is all about.

These were my numbers on the lease of an 04 TL (no nav)

$1000.00 Total out of pocket (includes 1st payment, taxes, tag, etc)

$427.00 per month + Taxes for 42 months (12k per year)

A free Sony T616 Mobile Phone (unlocked)

I hope you can use this info to get the best deal possible on a new 2004 TL lease

when I configured car on website:

42 month Lease
15K miles a year

tl/auto/navi WITH 700 in cap reduction I came up with:

$507

SO if they quoted me $510 its as if they are giving me the 18" wheels for free?

I dont think thats high but if you guys do, please advise.

It's hard to say with you being in another state.

I've read where other people have gotten better deals than I did, so you must shop around, and play dealers against each other. Also, find out if your dealership has an internet sales manager, and pretend to be another, no nonsense buyer, and get him to commit to their BEST deal. If it turns out to be better than yours, then you have your answer. Also, going in there with another dealers best offer gives you room to bring their price down. I saved at least $1,700.00 by doing the above, so make use of your options.
