Waiting on credit approval for my 2006 TL
Hey guys i been reading your forum and i think its really awesome to find so much information in one place. I'm looking to buy a 2006 TL with 51K, just waiting to see if it goes through iam going to the dealer tomorrow to get my trade in appraised. And hopefully soon ill have my new cAr! cross your fingers everyone. I will like to do some mods on it, the windows are tinted allreadi which is alwais nice. Well just wanted to let u guys know that hopefully ill be a real part of this forum very soon!

A horrible 2001 VW PASSAT. Yea i know the worst decision going with them Germans. I bought the car for 9K and i have wasted upwards of 7K just fixin it over the last 3 years. A horrible investment. It's still listed at around 3K trade in and iam looking to put another 5K cash down. So ill be financing about 12K on a 20K TL. After 8K down payment. Well i have test driven an RL a TL, and my GF actually bought a TSX that was listed in the Black Market. So i driven all 2006 Acura's and i'm very much looking forward to gettin rid of my Passat. The dealer im purchasing for also included the extended 100K miles powertrain warranty, which is a big deal to me.
The car is 2006 Black on Black with Navi, 51K miles and it has tinted windows. I think everything else is stock. Will let u all know if i get it.

Sweet goodluck man I am crossing my fingers now for sure, I hate VW, I don't nessisarly hate all Germans, I'm still a true lover in BMW, but Mercedes is shit to me now, my family ONLY drives Mercedes and I prefer my 2001 TL to my sister 2006 C280 (for 26,000 she doesn't even have power sliding seats, hahaha) but yeah, black/black is hot and your GF has great taste in cars

didnt really matter because I still have my S4 but, the ride on the Acura is so smooth. I do a lot of city driving so i find myself more often at the pump than I did with my previous car.
At least you and I wont be at the repair shop every other week or so...
before you sign off on the new car make sure your not missing small simple items like the bolt cap on the
"oh shit handles", and check ATF fluid.
You'll be very happy with your Acura.

I should have the TL at some point tomorrow. I will def. let you all know and show some pics of the car. Mind you its stock other than the Tints. I'm looking to probably change the LED's on side doors before anything since it seems like the easiest MOD. Any suggestions

All the basic bells and whistles, Aspec kit, coilovers, wheels, blacked out headlights, some engine stuff, and there are a ton of DIYs on this site.

Yea since i'm just gettin the car i'm not gonna be able to do big money things anytime soon, like wheels and engine stuff or a-spec but yea i would want that all. However like i said the LED DIY interior lights seem inexpensive and easy to do. Also iam looking to black out the taillights for now, and at some point hopefully get a new set of headlights, mayb the demon eyes that i saw somewere on the site. I would love that
