Virginia State Inspection-Blacked out Headlights

Alright as some of you guys now, I just moved to Virginia recently and I have my headlights blacked out. I was really freaking out that my car would fail state inspection and was 99% sure it would but it didn't! Inspection was a snap. Maybe the place doing it was very lenient but I just thought I should share that info with fellow VA TLers thinking about blacking there headlights.

So long as the parking lights and turn signals glow amber, there should not be a problem.

If you don't it really depends on the person doing the inspection. Grab an a$$hole, you can fail.

I heard about the outrageous speeding fines down there. VA is a tough state.

Virginia isn't too bad on passing you for inspection. Just because it passes inspection doesn't mean it's "legal" For example... I can pass inspection for my window tint which is 5% rears and 20% front but the tint laws in Virginia are actually 50% front and 35% rears. Instead of having the inspection stations play the bad guys this just gives the cops one more excuse to pull you over for

Richmomd Sucks, atleast that's what we used to say when our local hockey team, the admirals played the renegades. I have not been to the collisium in years, I know they did a ton in renovations but the damn thing still looks like a ufo lol.

I'll be back in town at the end of the month. Do you know any fellow tl'ers in the area? Maybe we could get together for a photo shoot. I want to find a good spot to take some pics when I come back down and would be sweet to have some more tl's in the pic! Do you have any suggestions for window tint? I got mine done at Atlantic Shoreline but I prefer not to go back there, I just need my winshield tinted at either 35% or 50% and I don't want to be given a hassle. I can get the waiver but it only allows for 70%

meet and greet w/ a photoshoot would be sweet. We should get some Tl's together and cruise the strip at the beach....Yeah Yeah I know we have the "No Cruising" rule but hell it would still be sweet and we would probably snap a lot of necks while we were there too!
