Three Wheelin'
I’m starting to experience the same thing with mine.
Suspension is stock, but mine also does it at lower speeds. I’m not hearing any noises when turning at full steering lock that indicated a bad cv joint.
It seems more noticeable and 2000-3000 rpm and full throttle then letting it rev out to redline at full throttle...
We don’t drive the TL hard so honestly I’m not sure when this started happening.

Keep in mind, a CV joint which has degraded enough to cause vibrations is far more than likely to still be quiet when the steering is turned to full lock. Said another way, one or more CV joints may well be bad.
FWIW, I had my axles replaced in may due to a vibration, when I tested the old axles, three of the CV joints were very smooth, the fourth was clearly in failure mode. Regardless, the car was as quiet as could be, even at full steering lock.
