Maybe this is the wrong forum and perhaps a repost but...

I got a letter in the mail in regards to a class action lawsuit against Honda.

On April 13th 2004, Karen Vaughn filed this suit against AHM, Co. and Honda Motor Co, LTD. complaining that the odometer in her 2002 Honda Odyssey overstated the mileage of her vehicle by 2.0% to 4.0%. She alleged that Honda had breached the implied warranty of merchantability and violated the Federal Odometer Act.

Anyway, I hate the legal mumbojumbo. I just need this answered...how does this effect me?

Im not sure if it affects you maybe its just a letter to Honda owners? Have you owned both cars since they were new - as in off the lot?

I got the same thing... I have had an 03 & 04 Accord I traded in, and an 05 TL I tradded in and now a 06TL...

I have owned all them from new, and just kept trading them in... Anyway, the VIN of my car was above my name on the env. So I guess thats what makes them pick us?
