Thumbs up URGENT - Paid Future Cars Study in Atlanta this week!

FYI - there is a future study for owners of the TL / G35 / BMW 3-series / etc. in Atlanta this week. Unsure of whether it's full yet but the phone number is:

800-736-7970

$100 for an hour or so of looking at future cars...

I am supposed to go this thursday. But Kennesaw is kind of far from my job and even further from my house. I may cancel, but not sure yet.

I called and was told they do not offer this to referrals. Apparently you must receive an invitation by mail to participate.

Yeah I got the invitation by mail. Its funny how they know what kind of car you drive. Kind of scary when you think about it.

Your car's registered, isn't it? Public info...

However, I'm sure for this, the car makers probably gave them a list.

I got one. Looked over the app then figured it would be some bull$hit and tossed it in the garbage.

oh, from what I remember it was a few hours of your time for $100 bucks period, not
$100 p/hour.

I'm pretty sure they do. I don't know why they choose me, but $100 just to look at cars I'm all for it.

ahaaaa!!!

For those of you that went to this back in '05 here in Atlanta, it finally dawned on me that the "mystery" car was the new Lexus IS! Remember how they had all the current cars on one wall, and then a final station down towards the end? I really think that mystery car was the new IS.

When I think about it, it kind of makes sense too because Lexus is usually very generous on the snacks they provide. While they only offered chips, snack mix and sodas at this particular study, I remember going to a Lexus event here in Atlanta a while back, and they had all kinds of food there, smoothies, pizza, orange juice, sandwhiches and even massages. When I went a the GM auto-show-in-motion all they offered was some boxed lunches.

I went to the SF discussion 2 weeks ago and was paid $175 - about 10 other TL owners were in my group... There was also a G35 group and 3 series group.
