Type S reckless drivers?

whether i'm driving on a highway or a local road, TYPE S drivers drive as if they stole the car. They drive so recklessly like some 16 yrs old driver. Maybe it's only in NY

Reckless drivers drive recklessly, regardless of make or model. I practice defensive driving when I am not driving my PS360 or PS3.
