Not sure why you have so many parts.

You'll need the bumper, obviously: 04711-SEP-A70ZZ
Center mesh grille: 71120-SEP-A10ZA
(9) Center grille screws: 90105-SEP-A00
Grille V-trim: 75125-SEP-A20ZA
Grille T-bar with emblem: 75705-SEP-A20ZA
Lower grill mesh (L FR): 71107-SEP-A20ZA
Lower grill mesh housing (L FR): 71109-SEP-A00
Lower grill horizontal chrome bar (L FR): 71126-SEP-A20ZA
Lower grill mesh (R FR): 71102-SEP-A20ZA
Lower grill mesh housing (R FR): 71105-SEP-A00
Lower grill horizontal chrome bar (R FR): 71121-SEP-A20ZA
(4) self tapping screws for lower grill mesh housing: 93913-15480
R Foglight: 33901-SEP-A01
L Foglight: 33951-SEP-A01
(6) screw for foglights: 90113-SJA-A00

The rest of the parts (screws, bumper plugs, tow hook cap, etc..) you just re-use from your existing bumper, regardless of year.
EXCEPT for the hood trim. 04-06 stock hood trim is silver and type-s is black chrome. If you are going to get everything painted, you might as well re-use your old hood trim and save money.

But if you wanted to be thorough and buy all parts exhaustively, then yes, you are on point. I can vouch for your list since I have done it myself 5 years ago

You're going to be looking at around $1200 for everything said and done after paint.

Although Evan, regarding the lower fog lights, I do NOT recommend going OEM for the sake of saving money. They are a total rip off. Depo has recently come out with OEM foglight replacements and they are exact factory style spec to the bumper. Save yourself $196.60.

Depo headlights are a different story, since there are multiple components to a TL headlight.
Depo foglights are just housings, nothing else. Going depo is surely the way to go. OEM foglights are $230 PER SIDE, while the Depo foglights are $230 shipped for BOTH.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/07-08...Q5fAccessories

Just be sure to ask the seller that these housings catch H8/H11 bulbs.

I can vouch for everything bforbrian has said. I did the conversion and went DEPO for the fogs, too. It's all really easy once you have the parts. The hardest thing for me was removing the original hood trim.

I'm not sure about the OEM fogs, but the DEPO fogs did not come with a wiring harness, relay, or interior switch. The automotive relay, wires, and miscellaneous connectors can be purchased at most any electronics store. I used the Accord foglight switch that a lot of people here use. I also bought the little electrical connector for the wires to bulb - 04321-SAA-305. I got pigtails for this part at a dealership. The guy told me he didn't sell them (theres no PN), but sold me a handful for five bucks.

The center w/ emblem is 50-60
V shape is 20-30
if I remember correctly?

All the other parts will add up. They'll need a wiring kit with fuse/relay for the lower fogs. The A-Spec TL-S lip doesn't come in ABP either. So the new lip will need paint. Good quality, warrantied paint work isn't cheap. Middle upper grill center with emblem, and V-shape will be needed. Man I can say, it def adds up.

you should mold the lip in to the bumper and cut both the ends that wrap around the bumper for a cleaner look..

Coming from experience, this conversion is not really worth it unless you have wdp or nbp or a color that transfers over between the base and type s.

I mean its totally up to you obviously, but after spending well over a grand for the parts and paint, i would never look at it and think it was worth the money. I fell in love with the base aspic all over again.

But if you do decide to go through with it, id recommend getting nbp in case some of the paint chips ever so slightly, you don't want to see red underneath there.

I think its work it if you can do all, or most of the work yourself. I imagine a shop would rape for something like this. Also the 04-06 parts are worth some money, as long as their in good shape.

Damn I'm really on the fence about this too!!

I finally decided to get my car wrapped in a clear bra (Avery Nano) (front bumper, rocker panels, mirrors & headlights my car, install will be monday.

My bumper is in good condition but I spent a week filling/clearing/wetsanding/polishing all the little chips out prior and the whole time i'm thinking to myself I'm going to regret putting the film on here cause I know want the 07 bumper!

If I could order the bumper painted it would be a done deal, but finding a body shop and waiting for it to cure before the film install! God for a slightly bigger grill and a better looking foglight area. (I hate the type S aspec personally).

Will post pics before/after

A universal fog light wiring harness kit with fuse, relay, cabin switch. The wiring must either mate to an H8 bulb, or be modified with an H8 wiring connector. You must add-to the existing wiring.

I added lower 07-08 HID fogs on my car with a nice looking cabin switch, KC Hilites universal fog wiring kit, and H8 HID conversion kit + 4.3K bulbs.

In my opinion, get the accord fog light wiring harness, the button looks almost OEM in our TLs. The pigtail for that is H11 though i believe

I was going to buy this housing:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/380469479875...84.m1423.l2649

but I don't know where to get the harness or any of those other things. Also I know HID kit is different than halogen so I wanted to ask what people liked better.. I was also thinking about connecting them to my switch on the headlight fogs instead of a new button.

I agree...although the type S aspec does look cool...I still love my 04 front end. I'd opt for it POSSIBLY, if I ever had an accident and had to replace anyway.
