Hey everyone, first post.
I am a new member but a long time reader. I should have my type-S (6M of course) within the week depending on a few small things.

My question today is what are your opinions between Carbon Gray Pearl (the dark grey, kinda like anthracite) and Moroccan Red Pearl.
I saw the red in the showroom today (in automatic) and it looks NICE. The car I test drove however was a Carbon Gray and it matches the interior and wheels well, but I belive the red is more attention-grabbing overall.

Two very nice colors, and hopefully less will be chosen in these colors to give me a little uniqueness. What do you guys think?

Oh also does anyone have a picture of a Carbon Gray Pearl I can look at just to visualize one more time? I Already have pics of the red. Thanks

Welcome! I'm planning on selling my '06 TL non-Navi for the '07 TL-S Morrocan Red Pearl with Black/Silver seats. Definitely my fave!

According to the 2007 brochure, TL-S is only available in WDP, ASM, NBP and the new Moroccan Red Pearl (MRP), Carbon Bronze Pearl (CBP) and Kinetic Blue Pearl (KBP). The Carbon Gray Pearl you mention is not available.

I saw a CBP and it looked more brown than "carbon" to me.

If I were to buy one today. I'd have to go for the Bronze or the Moroccan. I wanted a Red Pearl when I got my 05 NBP, but they didn't have one with blk interior. They didn't make the 06 in Red w/blk. Now they have the Moroccan with blk in the type S. I saw a Red Pearl with the Aspec kit the other day on the highway, that thing was clean and BEAUTIFUL.

Go Red, believe me once these Type S start selling everyone in their mother will have the Grey and Bronze and no one will rock the Red...

thanks guys, I think I am going to go with the red (now that I have seen some pics and slept on it a little). I just checked my brochure and you are right, it does say that Carbon Grey is only for the standard TL. It's weird because the car I test drove was MUCH darker than the Carbon Bronze, I can't think of any way I could have mistaken it, but I suppose it's possible.

I have no idea, but they probably have a few exceptions just like they always have.

If I was in the Market, I would go w/ the Red. I saw one today. Just awesome. My next Acura will be this color.

So what I've decided to do is request a red one and as long as it doesnt take AGES to get, that is what I'll have. I could probably have a grey one a lot faster but the color is the biggest deal to me so I have to get it right and I want it to be a little more uncommon than most Type-S's will be. Of course, if that is true I might as well get Kinetic Blue Pearl, haha, seeing as I cant see anyone getting that color. It just looks to weird on this car IMO.

Same old Acura, very limited color choices again, on the 07 TypeS. I don't really like any of the colors, no greys? I saw the bronze with tan interior, yawn, not exciting at all. bland. underwhelmed.
I guess it looks better in the darker colors, only interior to get is the black/grey.
I thought the TLS might be a contender for next car, but after seeing it in person, it's not worth the price IMO over the previous 6MT versions.
