Two Questions; Shin-etsu and headliner velcro

Hey guys, 2 questions.

1) How and where do I apply shin-etsu? I read the thread "why shin-etsu is the shiznit" and saw that applying shin-etsu is a good first step to curing any rattles.

2) I've noticed that my headliner sags directly behind the sun-roof. For some reason, the bottom velcro will not stay attached to the roof. Is there anything I can do about this?

Please help! Thanks in advance guys.

*Edit: 1 more question -

My driver's side reverse light is out but if I tap it, it lights up nice and bright! Any ideas why this happens?

Maybe a loose connection on the light bulb?

Shin etsu i thought was used for greasing up the window tracks? What else are you using it for?

you need to apply a lite coat and massage the shin etsu onto the door weatherstrips and run channels.
clean them first

there is a service bulletin on the headliner sag, it needs new fasteners. P/N 70020-SEP-999 and dual lock fastener 83203-SEP-A00

How would I access the wiring for the bulbs?

Ok, this is the part where I sound like an idiot, so bear with me. What are "weatherstrips" and "run channels"? lol

Nice, thanks man!

By the way I've always wondered this; if your car is out of the warranty period, can you still take it in for TSBs?
