Turn OFF Auto-lock?

Is there an option in the Keyless Memory Settings to turn off Auto Lock after you leave the car all together? I'd really hate to lock my keys in my car when I'm not at home and have no way to get back into the car (and I don't want to tape my spare key to the bottom of my car). I think it would be a poor choice on Acura's part if there was no way to turn this "feature" off for those who don't want it. Personally I know I will NEVER forgot to lock my car, I even "spam" the button like 10 times to make sure its locked... yeah, obsessive. But perhaps one day I will leave my keys inside and that will be the end of whatever I'm doing.

So, is it possible?

There is a misunderstanding of the auto-lock feature. The car will NOT 'auto-lock' if you have not locked your car and walked away whether you have left the key inside or not. It will only 'auto-relock', when you have unlocked your car with remote (which has already locked by you!), but none of the doors was opened after the specific time. The feature should be called 'auto-relock'.

Exactly, cutemp. I was looking for this thread to reference when you posted, so all I can add is the thread reference, which covers this completely http://www.acura-tl.com/forums/showthread.php?t=79132

Inside your MID, 04TL does say:

Auto Door Lock (Off, Shift from P, 10mph) & Security Relock Timer (Off, 30s, 60s, 90s).

The term "Auto-lock" does confuse ppl...
