Transmission Vibration/Shudder

Transmission Vibration/Shudder
Hey Allnl,
My transmission on my 07 TL (297,000 miles) is having a vibrating/shudder problem when accelerating. Mainly happens when in traffic and going low rpm 20-30 mph. It does seem to happen when going up a hill at low rpm as well.
I have done a 3x3 and replaced 3 transmission pressure switches. When I took my airbox out noticed the trans mount on top is worn. Is that a possible causr of shudder and vibrating. My engine does lift a good amount when accelerating in park. I plan to replace the engine mounts soon. Just wanted to know if faulty trans mounts cause shudder vibration?
Thanks all.

Could be engine mounts, could also be your app sensor going bad slowly, could be suspension related if it's always at the same speed, but if it's always at the same rpms, it could likely not be suspension.
Could also just be the transmission. If shifting feels fine otherwise, I wouldn't worry too much, but if there's harsh shifting as well, it could point to an issue.
I'm not one to advocate for additives, as most are junk, but there's a couple I like. The one I like for the transmission is lubegard transmission protectant (lubegard red). You add 1 oz per quart of fluid and it definitely helps smooth shifts, and keeps fluid temperatures down. It might help with the issue if it's transmission related.

Does changing the app sensor effect shifting in other gears besides park and drive?
The car had alot of miles but I love it and want to make it perfect again so ill put whatever I need to get that right. I plan on doing the mounts soon to see if that works.
Thanks for the help.
