is it ok if the transmission fluid is slightly above the 2nd dot? the manual say the fluid should check between the 1st and 2nd dot (hole) from the bottom of the dipstick.

if its not ok, can i stick a small tube down the dipstick and reverse the fluid back out?

Have you driven it around? Are you MT or AT?

After you go through all of the gears several times, the level might slightly drop.

It would be an AT, manuals don't have a dip stick to check levels. If your talking like 1/8th inch or less above the second dot I wouldn't worry but you don't want too much oil in there, my understanding is it can get mixed around too much and start getting bubbles/foam which doesn't lubricate as well when pumped around.

Your checking the fluid with the vechile running and on a level surface? I don't know if they are supposed to be checked in Park or in Neutral?

I think the owners manual says check it hot with car off and within 0-90 seconds

&

You're fine but if you want to extract a little the best way is to do it through the dipstick. Totally not necessary in your case though. Check the fluid on level ground within a minute or so after the car has been turned off.
