Trade In Price for a 2007 Type S Auto
I would like to get some feedback on what would be an acceptable trade in value for my 2007 Acura TL Type -S with 14,000 miles on it and custom 19 inch wheels (although I have the factory wheels and tires if it can devaluate the amount. The car is in absolute excellent condition - not a scratch, ding or smudge mark, the interior is the same as the day I bought it. Never allowed the kids to eat in it nor anyone to smoke in it. I am leaving the Acura family since I received a promotion and large increase in my car allowance and looking at either a BMW 550i or a BMW M3 (both 70K cars). The 550 has the space and good power and the M3 has no space and great power - if I could afford the M5 that would have been hands down the car I'd drive off the lot in. Look forward to your responses.
By the way: I know I could get more selling it private party but really don't have the time or the patience to deal with that.

Loving my 08 TLS!
There are a number of threads about this. But serious an one year old car, you will take a big financial hit. Base on KBB.com site, trade in value for excellent condition is 26k. But the dealership uses the Galves book for use car values.

I think getting 26k will not be a problem at all.
the most your gonna get is probably 26,500 thats what Im thinking, seeing as how they will be able to sell the car for 29,500 tops.
