Trade in

Depending on the cars condition yes. I traded in a 2002 TL Type s with Navi and got 20,500 on a trade. Mileage was 39,800. One problem is they still have some TL's on the lot and the body change which lowers your tradin value.

I got $19,500 trade for mine.. but it had 41,300 miles and a few scrapes on the rear bumper, (2002 TL-S with navi).
One problem is that Acura is giving $1500 rebates to the dealers to move the remaining 2003's, and this has driven down the resale value of the 2002's even more.
The 2nd gens are just going to go down further in value as time passes.

exactly, I felt lucky to get 20,500. The initial offer was 19k. Fought with the dealer but thought the 20,500 was a fair price considering everything. That price was used minus the sale price for the taxes paid in Florida. So I saved an additional grand in taxes.
