Just a note...
Curry Acura in Scarsdale, NY should be voted as the worst Acura Dealer in America.

Still pulling teeth with the Service Manager over the butt prints on the leather seat. Only wants to repair the driver's seat and wait 3 months later to replace the passenger’s seat. Contacted the district manager, most likely a friend of service manager, agrees with him regarding the decision. I didn’t have any kind words for him during our telephone conversation.

The window rattling…Curry Acura solution to the problem…..Grease my window channel to the point that I can’t tint the window. It took me about 2 hours to clean it.

I have an ES and I haven’t had any problem with the vehicle. 190,000 miles and counting!!!!

I expected better craftsmanship and quality from a TL, I guess not!!

Any suggestions on what I should do with this leather seat issue.

I would appreciate the help.

Instead off complaining about the butt print, I told them the seat is sinking and it is nit safe ....I got mine replaced. See Attached

I bought my car from Curry also...I have nothing but great things to say about them. I haven't gone in for service, however...
