Grow up .. if you are really losing sleep over these issues on the Acura forum, then there are certain truisms that exist, at least in my eyes:

1) undereducated
2) underpaid
3) cannot afford a nicer car than an Acura TL
4) and you are tacky

And yes, this is a forum, so I have complete right to voice my opinion on this ridiculous subject.
LMAO!!! I think it's natural for people to want to look for similarites on forums.

Don't gotta hate, what's wrong with people posting their level of education? Plus it's nice to see if there's alumni from ur school on this board.

I agree - Good stuff;

Is there a point to this thread? Are we just comparing BS? Is there some Acura owners trying to justify their decision by implying everyone who bought is intelligent? Do we lack confidence?

Ph.D. - Silly walks.

The point is that this is a forum. PeterUbers has the right to voice his opinion, and so do you. Ergo, the originator of the thread also has the right to ask a question which is relevant to the 2004TL and the 3G forum as a whole.

It may be silly to you, but there are a lot more people responding in a positive vein, in fact a lot, lot, lot more people, than those who respond negatively. There may be some, a few I hope, none would be even better, who may color the truth, or just lie outright, about their accomplishments, but this is the internet and we all know that in the internet, when the rich guy tries to seduce the teenage girl, that neither of them may be what they say.

As long as nobody flames or gets abusive, and stays somewhere near the topic, this thread can stay open and people who want to can read it, garner information, and/or respond as they see fit.

That's whi it is called a forum.
