i went to acura dealership today and looked around, it seems like every TL had mismatch colored bumpers, they told me because of the different material that it was off a bit but it was really noticable that it looked ugly. esp on the white ones, i was just wondering if this was normal? i saw a used 06 silver TL and the bumper seemed fine but still a bit off. just wanted to know if there all like this? thanks

that is very strange, i guess there going cheaper on newer cars. this is the first time i actually seen this. all cars i have own have never been like this. the bumper colors always matched with the body. what kind of material is the TL bumpers made of?

body panels are metal and the bumper covers are some sort of plastic.

yes i know but on older cars, they actually match. on the TL it was very very noticeable, it stuck out like a sore thumb.
