Timing and valve adjustment at 140,000

Finally got my timing belt and water pump along with cam and crank seals and drive belt. I also had my noisy valves adjusted. Only had 1 idler bearing with slack but replaced those and tensioner so I'm good now and 1100 later . Nothing's better than peace of mind

What year TL?

What region of the US do you live in?

Were the crank or cam seals leaking?

It's a 05 6 spd and I live in the ar and no the seals were not leaking
