Timing belt package and front motor mount for 2007 Acura TL Type S

i need a new timing belt package cause my 2007 acura tls is about to hit 100k.
the acura dealership was going to charge me $2000 to replace the timing belt and front motor mount and thats wayyy outta my budget. so i was just planning to buy a timing belt package and a front motor mount on my own and have my friend who works in a shop help me replace them. my front motor mount is broken by the way and i just need a new one.
wheres a good place to order a timing belt package and a front motor mount for my tls? or is there anybody i can contact to get one? i just do not plan on paying $2000 for something my friend says is simple to fix.
i need to know asap! thank you!

Did Honda or Acura quote you $2000?

Get some quotes from Honda dealerships. Their hourly labor is vastly cheaper as are parts. I know some have had luck getting the entire Gates kit from Amazon for south of $200. Not sure what it's priced at now.

I'm also interested in this btw as I will have to get my timing belt/water pump replaced within the next 10,000 miles.

current $321 shipped for OEM 105k maintenance parts: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...=819990&page=5

Replacement motor mounts can be had from www.acuraoemparts.com or you can get aftermarket mounts with mildly stiffer durometer bushings, from Excelerate Performance - a full set of 3 mounts is like 300 bucks.

Personally I would get mounts from Excelerate because it's basically the same cost as replacing all 3 of your OEM engine mounts....

Tell them to blow it out their ass.

Order your parts online and take it to a trusted mechanic or do it yourself.

they offer 3 durometer options, and the lowest one is certainly more vibrating than stock mounts, but not that bad. It's when you get into the higher durometer bushings that it gets so stiff that the car vibrates like it's gonna blow up
