Tighter steering

Was wathing Car and Driver this morning where they turned a GTO in to a "Drifter" car. The shortened the steering arm to give the car a tighter steering radius. Assume it is not that easy for FWD, but they gotta be able to do better than this.

its the FWD part of the car that makes the steering so bad. most fwd cars dont have as good a turning as rwd cars

its also a matter of a long wheelbase.
