Are you talking about the dealer? What are you saying, it's nuts to test drive in a parking lot. Are you sure you can make a decision on this test drive? All the best.

Please try to write in complete, coherent sentences. Remember the only one who can hear what you're thinking is you. The rest of us need help to know what's going on inside your head.

that's not a sufficient test drive, take it out on the road and open it up a bit. take some turns and see how the car handles. this forum is bias towards the TL because most of us own one but its got to be the car you are comfortable with. i would not make my decision based on a test drive in a parking lot.

The situation is because I'm under 18 I'm not allowed to test drive it on an open road. Basically, the dealer escorted me to their "underage" test driving location; a large parking lot. Although I was unable to break the 40 mph barrier, I still got a pretty nice feel for the car. I previously did a test drive where my parents simply had their licenses copied and took the car for a spin and let me drive. The only reason I did the test drive again is because I wanted direct comparisons between the other cars we were looking into.
