Swapping SIM Card - SE z600
Well after a long read of the BT sticky thread, I learned that if you purchase a SE z600, that you can simply switch your current SIM card from your phone into the z600. I currently use a Moto V60 and was wondering if anyone has removed a SIM Card from this phone? I am moments away from buying a se z600 and want to make sure I know how to do this before buying a new phone. Anyone with experience relating to this, please chime in. Thanks!

Couldn't be easier. Just pull the SIM out and put it in the new phone. As long as the new Z600 is unlocked, you'll have no problems.
SE phones use an "enhanced" phone directory, so you'll need to copy the phonebook from your SIM into the phone memory, then edit.
If you use MS Outlook, SE phones will sync over bluetooth, IR or a USB cable and copy all your contact information. You can also sync your phonebook with a bluetooth-enabled PDA.

So I once I remove the SIM card from my v60 and put it in my new z600, there's nothing else to do? I don't have to call AT&T (my service provider) and ask them to do anything else?

thats the good part of a GSM phone. you dont have to call anyone anympre, b/c all the info about the phone is already in the sim card. so once you change the sim to a new phone your phone number is there, b/c its stored in the sim card and not in the old phone. so enjoy
