Swap RL to TL Headrest
Why?
Well, i don't like how the TL headrest angles...and i spent a lil time in an RL, and really like the headrests. They angle from the bottom, actually basically expanding so that it supports the back of your head.
anyway, does anybody know if the RL headrests fit the TL? Lemme know.

I'd re-shape the existing headrests
If you grab the sides of the TL headrest you can rock it back and forth a bit. I'm not sure if that was designed for that but maybe you can find a more comfortable position.
I've spent some time at a leather auto upholsterer recently who seemed to be able to do anything interior wise. I bet i'd be cheaper to have your TLs headrests custom reshaped and reskinned with a nicer but matching leather.
The RLs headrests aren't cheap at $299 for each front, less for the rears. The TLs are $170.
