Spotted today: SSM with kit and Legends (I think) NY

I saw an SSM 3G with kit today with what looked like 20" RonJon Legends (I couldn't tell 100% because the car was moving) and perhaps eyelids on the Cross Bronx Expy today around 3 or 3:30. Was it one of you?
