A fellow KBP TL Type-S owner on N. Frederick Ave near Exxon said Hi to me and I just wanted to say HI back and see if its anyone on this forum. I too drove a KBP TL Type-S from Rosenthal Acura.

Interesting point. I was looking for a KBP with 6MT in the last few months. My preference was to buy slightly used to save a few bucks, but there was only 1 new one within 500 mi of my house! (never mind finding a used one) Meanwhile there were plenty of most of the other colors (in 6MT). Eventually I found exactly what I wanted in Chicago used and made a trip out there on Dec 8 to buy it. I absolutely love the car and the color, but cannot understand why so few of the TL-S come in KBP. It seems like the majority of the demand is for NBP(black) and ASM (silver).

My wife tried to sway me off the KBP because she thought it looked too "purple" -- she wanted me to get the MRP(red) instead. I'm so glad I didn't listen to her. The MRP is sweet, but I just love the KBP. Plus, I think it's cool that KBP is exclusive to the Type-S.

i love the fact that i never see myself comming the other way....i have not yet seen another kenitc on the road....its a hot color, but not everyone likes it...the other cool think about kbp is that its a type s specific color, doesnt come in the standard tl....

i see a kbp type s at my skool evry day pickin some one else (wootton hs). my dad drives a nbp type s but he works in the hood so he takes my car (beat up old volvo). so i get to drive the type s! anyway, im tryin to figure out who that is, might be the same person.

I heard from the dealer at Rosenthal that they had ALOT of the KBP's in stock and couldn't move them. That was 5 months ago.

You must've been one of the few who picked one up. Congrats! Will keep a lookup for your car cuz I'm usually in the area with my 07 NBP TL Type S.
