i saw someones car, with was white with a carbonfiber hood and spliters. What are spliters? the TL is on this forum

Are you spelling "spliters" correctly? Or do you mean "spinners"?

Spinners would be wheels which continue to spin even when stopped at a light/intersection.

IF you open up any issue of import tuner magazines you will find that many of the cars featured have a flat carbon fiber lip protruding out from the front of the bumper.

Wind splitters essentially create an area of downforce on a vehicle when encountering high speeds, resulting in a greater level of control and traction.

OO OK my friends STI show car has them. I just didnt know they were called that. Thanks guys. Can you drive with them on?dont they scrape a lot?

You have to be extremely careful when negotiating with speed bumps and sidewalks. also dead animals or any other objects on the road.

when pulling out of reasturants i scrape the front end, but i think its just something underneath, not the actual bumper
