A Spec Front Lip Installation Question

I'm looking into ordering the front lip for the a spec kit from hondaacuraworld. my question is: are installation instructions included with this? is this a difficult DIY or should i take it to an acura dealer for the install?

i just installed a new A Spec lip on my TL and it was a breeze. It only took about 40 mins.

PS> its alot easier if you dont take off the front bumper.
