A-Spec & Bumper plugs

So at the very least I think I wanna go with the A-Spec front lip. Does anyone know where I can find just that part, or perhaps the whole kit. On the cheap... I hate the idea of paying dealer prices for ANYTHING!

Also need the 2 front bumper plugs...but the dealer wants 17.49 EACH!!!!

Ridiculous!!!!
