OP would be the only one that can know for sure but those pics look exactly like the ones that were posted in the BM, looks like the guy has been selling all sorta rims lately also.

If possible, someone should do the buy it now, arrange pickup and bring the cops along with them, good luck detailing, hope you get them back!

yea try and get a printout of the fleabay page. if fleabay receives reports that the wheels are stolen and shut the auction down the entire page gets deleted.

we could bid the wheels up to 10 million dollars.

I just came accross this news article today. So Florida and CA have stricter laws in regards to this than NY? Thats does not make sense but anyway.

The only reason I can assume police in NY wont offer to help is due to this being a misdemeanor / petit larceny. Less than $999.99
which I interpret as NOT that they dont want to help but, the needed resources will cost the state more than what these wheels are worth.
So if your wheels are valued at 500 bucks, and it costs the state/city/town say 3k in resources, they wont budge.

not only that but its not only the OP wheels which were stolen, it looks like they got a whole scheme going on here....probably over $10k in auto parts (that we know of)

I just filed a report for this on ebay. Not much I could do for the OP, but at least it is something. Maybe Ebay will investigate and locked his account or get authorities involved.

If we can gather other people that may have had their rims stolen that live in the area or surrounding maybe you could pressure the local authorities

I want to really take the time out to thank everyone on this forum who has helped me every way they could. I rather cut all ties with the wheels and act like nothing happened. It isn't my style to be honest with you but in the recent years I have seen that these types of things aren't worth getting into more BS for. I graduate school in less then a year and I will be starting my career so I don't want to get into anymore trouble then I have in the past. I know it sounds like pussy shit to most people but in the past, violence has been the way I have conducted myself. I really have little interest to getting them back only because I don't want to get my girlfriend or my parents, or more importantly my younger sisters into this mess. Believe me.... if I owned the house I live in right now.... things would have unfolded quite differently. Thanks again guys.

Oh and to the people who were wondering how much a-spec with tires are worth to insurance companies.... they are worth a lot more than $1,000.

Guy probably just got like $2500 for new wheels

I understand where you're coming from about the safety... as people get older and more mature, some things arent worth it.... and plus, these people DO know where you live... If they didnt... shit would be " On like Donkey Kong"

Get some new shoes... and maybe a nice Viper 5901 1 Mile SST with the extra shock sensor... $250~ brand new
