Someone broke off my windshield wiper!

So it's snowing where I go to school and I left my windshield wipers up so they dont get stuck to the windshield. I check outside hours later when the snow is pretty heavy and I notice one of my wipers gone! I look closely and the entire arm is broken off, and I look in the snow next to my porch and there is the arm laying in the snow. Obviously, some dumbass of a intoxicated college student had to have broken it. I am so heated right now, but really, what can I do. Ah, maybe thats what you get when you're the only car with their wipers up with drunk kids.

BTW, any one know where i can get a replacement?

does anyone know how to remove the wiper arm?
I ordered one from acura, and I removed the bolt that holds it in place, but I don't know how to release it from the screw.

If someone could post a manual or instructions that'd be great!

Should be a nut 10 or 12mm holding on the arm. Loosen it and it should pull out. The arm is splined. so be sure its in the down position or wherever it is set so you dont mess up the alignment.

Lol goddam that is fucked up. I could picture some kid walking by and seeing a windshield wiper sticking up and being tempted to fuck with it...

I remember trying to get the wiper arm off of my 00 TL- I unbolted it and it wouldn't budge, so with the nut loosened, turn on the wiper intermittently so it just moves a little- the action of the motor might disengage the wiper arm from the spindle it sits on- it worked for me in the past.
