The harness is a little differnt then the oem stock ones, so im a little but confuse what wire goes where. I got my foglight off ebay and the quality is pretty good.

It's looks nice, but don't you think it's a bit of overkill? I may need to see it in person. It does look pretty nice, really interesting placement.

I did have to trim the platic legs on the hid bulb so that it fit into the housing. I know others had the same problem. I used some gasket maker and sealed up the back side so nothing gets inside the lens.

2nd off this mod isnt really for function. YES it will light up the road, but no it wont be as good as an 07 fog system. We mod our cars to our liking because we want to look different from the rest or at least better than stock. I know so many people on this forum that want to do the same mod but its like a 50/50 some want it for real pure function others for looks.
The stock 07-08 fog lights are 35 watts. So HID's or 55 watt halogen bulbs are a big upgrade. Has anyone noticed how dim 02-03 and 07-08 fog lights are with factory bulbs? This is why. I'm doing 3000K yellow hid or Nokya halogens in my fogs. I want the light to be most effective for low visibility and it'll give a little JDM look to my TL ie. IS300/Altezza/GS400/240SX. I just don't understand doing 6k-8k fogs as they don't help do what fogs were made for.

Which wires are not used from this harness? https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/accord-foglights-relocation-help-622781/ there are 3 wires that stems out from the foglight harness plus the brown connector. Also on the switch harness there are more wires that aren't used? any help please! thanks!

Read my write up and you will see what wires are not used. However as I told another member It's been a few years since Ive done this mod so to figure out where the inline fuse connects would be simple if you temporary setup the kit and use your battery as power & ground make all your connections and start using the inline fuse connected to the battery and touch the remaining wires to the foglight harness.. Eventually it will light up, and that's the wire you use. I'm sure other members can verify which wire is used with the inline fuse who have the oem accord kit. If I find my orignal paper where I wrote down how the harness connects I will finally answer the inline fuse wire question.

So on the fog light harness, I put the ground to ground and put the red/blue wire to an in-line fuse and connect it to a 12v power, but nothing lights up. I don't know what to do with the black and gray relays. Are they grounded too? Must the fog light harness connect to the switch harness too via the green wire if I just want to test and see if the fogs will light up? I know it's been a while since you've done this mod, so thanks for any input.

Here is my setup.... an old pic...

Like I mentioned before the 07-08 fogs are 35watt. Using 35watt HID's will be fine.
